Hdac Technology Appoints New Representative Officer of the Korean Branch, SungHwan Won

– The newly appointed Representative Officer SungHwan Won is a professional in information security and management who has represented Nestlé Korea as both CIO and CISO
– With the launch of RIZON, a new blockchain, ahead the company is restructuring the organization and building up a growth power through recruiting key personnel

October 28, 2020, Seoul – Hdac Technology(“Hdac”), a company established by Hyundai BS&C CEO, Chung Dae-sun, announced on 28th that the company is restructuring the organization through various measures including the appointment of SungHwan Won as the new Representative Officer and Kiho Lee as the Chief Creative Officer(CCO).

SungHwan Won, the new Representative Officer, worked at Nestlé Korea, which is the domestic corporate of one of the world’s biggest food enterprise, from 1996 to 2017, and he performed the both roles of CIO(Chief Information Officer) and CISO(Chief Information Security Officer). He has transformed Nestlé Korea into a result-oriented organization by streamlining the organization and leading business process innovation while successfully performing the SAP ERP implementation project.

Representative Officer SungHwan Won lead a digital transformation as the head director of Nestlé Business Excellence, which is a total project that combines IT infrastructure, ERP, digital marketing, back office of 5 companies including Nestlé Korea, Lotte Nestlé Korea, Nespresso Korea, Galderma Korea, and Pulmuwon Water. Under his command, three of the companies from the project became the first companies to be certified with ISO/IEC27001:2013 in the Korean food industry. He is also an information security and project management professional who is certified with CISA, CISSP PMP, ISO/IEC27001:2013, BS10012, and etc.

Representative Officer SungHwan Won said “While running own businesses for various open blockchain platforms such as EOS, ICON, COSMOS, and etc. from the end of 2017 and on, I could get a lot of experience in blockchain technology and decentralized ecosystem. Using such experience, I will do my best to make Hdac Technology the forefront blockchain technology company and successfully activate public blockchain RIZON’s ecosystem.”

CCO Kiho Lee is currently an adjunct professor at Konkuk University Graduate school of Information and Telecommunications, a member of a global task force which formulates EOS policy, and the Korean director of EOS Alliance. He is also a lead researcher in Korea Ethereum Study Group, the biggest group of blockchain experts in Korea, and a blockchain professional who has been actively participating as a partner in sites such as Noder, a blockchain insight media. “I plan on increasing the synergy effect I have had with Representative Officer SungHwan Won even higher in Hdac Technology by bringing our experience of working together at multiple open blockchain platforms,” said CCO Kiho Lee.
