Dear RIZON community,
In order to compensate the damages resulted by unauthorized HDAC coin withdrawals during the period of 10th August to the middle of September, Hdac Technology starts receiving damage reports. For those who have already reported damage through Telegram or email, please resubmit your case according to the format. We are sorry for the inconveniences.
<Period> November 18, 2020 ~ December 17, 2020
<Procedure> Report online through a dedicated form (https://forms.gle/i6fYzJmqRXXHXBDK9)
<Subjects>
■ Persons who suffered damage due to unauthorized wallet app for Android during the period of 10th to 18th August
■ Persons who suffered damage due to unauthorized wallet app for computer during the period of 31st August to 1st September
■ Persons who suffered damage due to phishing emails which were sent between the period of 14th to 15th September 2020
<Required documents>
■ HDAC wallet address which is owned by the party by the time of damage occurs
■ Materials that can prove the party’s ownership of the Hdac wallet address above
(1) In case you have updated the wallet app on your Android device from the older version to v1.0.6
→ Submit [wallet_list.txt] file
(2) In other circumstances
→ Submit screenshot image of the Hdac wallet app which shows the party’s wallet address, or other material that can prove the ownership
■ Transaction history of that includes the unauthorized HDAC coin transaction
(1) In case you have updated the wallet app on your Android device from the older version to v1.0.6
→ Can be substituted with wallet_list.txt file
(2) In other circumstances
→ Submit screenshot image of Hdac wallet app with the unauthorized transaction record shows, OR, submit screenshot image of Hdac Explorer screen that shows the unauthorized transaction, OR, txid of the unauthorized transaction.
Please note that further information on how and when the compensations will be made are going to be announced later on.
