In regards to the recent rumors about Hdac, we would like to update you with our current status. Please note that only the information on the Hdac homepage is credible and legal actions may be taken against any defamation statements.
We submitted the required documentation to the Swiss FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority) in March 2018 and it is currently under review. The two main points of review are categorization of Hdac token (DAC) and the potential development of Hdac technologies.
In February 2018, FINMA tightened the requirements for the confirmation procedures of KYC and AMLA. Therefore, we will be joining a SRO (self-regulatory organization) and sending out emails for the additional confirmation procedures of KYC and AMLA. We ask that all TGE participants respond promptly to the emails that will be sent out this week by AMLA@hdactech.com.
We would also like to inform you that we have added sufficient nodes to provide a global service and have verified the security of mainnet. Again, we would like to thank everyone for your patience and we will shortly announce the opening of our mainnet.
We will strive to establish Hdac as a successful blockchain platform.

지난 3월 스위스 금융당국 FINMA(Financial Market Supervisory Authority)에 승인 자료 제출 후 스위스 금융당국의 자본시장 규제에 따른 심의 절차가 진행되고 있으며, FINMA의 중점 심의 사항은 Hdac 토큰(DAC) 성격의 정의와 Hdac 기술의 미래 발전성입니다.
현재 2월 이후 강화된 글로벌 규제에 따라 스위스 금융당국은 FINMA 승인 절차 뿐 아니라 KYC(본인확인), AMLA(자금세탁방지법)까지도 강화하였습니다. 이에 따른 사전 준비로 SRO(금융자율규제협회) 가입을 추가로 추진 중이며, 이를 위해 TGE 참여자 분들에 대한 KYC와 AMLA 보완 확인 절차를 진행하고 있습니다. AMLA 보완 절차를 위해 금주 내로 AMLA@hdactech.com 명의로 메일 송부를 드릴 예정이오니, 순조로운 추가 절차 진행을 위해 모든 참여자 분들의 빠르고 적극적인 회신을 부탁 드립니다.
