Since the MainNet launch we have received many inquiries and we hope to answer them with this announcement.
(1) Mining
① Private Mining Pool
It seems that some of the TGE participants were hacked by a private mining pool that impersonated Hdac. Please note that our mining pool is a decentralized network, so Hdac Technology has no legal liability.
② Hdac Technology Self-Mining
We have not operated any mining pools since the MainNet launch. This is in accordance with Swiss law and FINMA. Hdac Technology does not operate any mining pools and will not operate any mining pools in the future.
③ Mining Equipment for Sale
We have never been involved in manufacturing or selling any mining equipment and do not plan on it in the future.
(2) Transaction-related entry (P2P, Listing)
① P2P
Our platform is designed based on the universal standards of P2P transactions. We have also built the Hdac Platform in accordance with the Swiss regulation authorities in the case that utility tokens evolve into payment tokens. Therefore, we do not intervene with any personal transactions and those kind of transactions are irrelevant to Hdac Technology.
② Listing
We do not review the DAC listings under the management of our company and we are not involved in listing by third parties. Trading and transaction fees from large-scale or multilateral exchanges have no relation to Hdac Technology.
(3) Betanet Testing
We have received a lot of positive feedback from users who mined on the Betanet. As we stated in the past, mined tokens on Betanet may not be used for actual use and we have decided to burn them.

– With the cooperation from Betanet participants, the DAC that was mined from Betanet testing will be collected and burned.
– In order to retrieve the remaining DAC, we will take any necessary measures.

– We will soon notify you on our progress.
(4) Founder’s Reward
The Founder’s Reward has been processed in accordance with local laws in Switzerland, including the review of the Swiss Legal Advisor and the approval of the Hdac Technology AG Board of Directors. In the cryptocurrency system, it is a trend to reward 10-20% (5-year spread at 8% for Hdac) to the early team members of the cryptocurrency.
However, Hdac Technology AG has decided not to give out the Founder’s Reward.

For the past two years, our researchers and developers have worked extremely hard to create a competitive blockchain platform. We will continue to strive to develop the best blockchain solutions.
In addition, we are in the process of being assessed under the FINMA guidelines. It is an extremely rigorous process and we are very proud to have come this far.
The liquidity of DAC will lead to active mining which will then lead to a platform-based ecosystem. All of this will enrich the value of Hdac.
(5) Official Communication Channel
We noticed that users discussed Hdac on unofficial communities before the MainNet launch. With that, we have agreed that it is imperative for us to discuss and communicate with users about the roadmap and evolution of Hdac Technology.
(6) Wallet Information and Security Authentication
Hdac does not keep any personal information on file. DAC can be lost from leaking personal information. Please be sure to read the following points carefully to avoid any financial losses or risk being hacked.
A. Store your wordlist in a safe place.
If your wordlist is exposed, you risk disclosing your account information.
(1) Make sure you are the only person who knows your wordlist.
(2) Don’t save your wordlist on your computer or smartphone.
(3) Do not take a picture of your wordlist.
(4) Keep your wordlist in a safe place where there is no Internet access.
B. PIN management is important.
C. Download an antivirus software on your computer and smartphone to protect yourself against hackers.
(7) Additional AMLA Procedure for TGE Participants
As have announced several times, we are still waiting for TGE participants to complete the additional AMLA procedure. We need all TGE participants to turn in the documents so we may be able to continue the AMLA(KYC) confirmation procedures. Currently, only 59% of participants have completed the process. We will continue to contact the participants who have yet to complete the process.
In a short amount of time, we have done rigorous testing in preparation for the MainNet launch, to provide a complete and stable network for users. We will continue to research and develop more solutions. We have been striving to enhance the value of Hdac and establishing credibility by joining an SRO and receiving FINMA and VQF certifications.
Hdac has taken its first step in this industry with the MainNet launch. As a growing eco-partner, Hdac will continue to work towards becoming an IoT-based blockchain platform that may apply to various industries.
Finally, Hdac Technology AG will ensure quality assurance as we continue to work on the solutions from the Hdac Platform roadmap.

지난 2018년 5월 28일(월) 기 공지 드린 바와 같이 Hdac 메인넷 오픈 이후 다양한 문의와 의견에 대해 여러 가지 측면에서 검토하여 아래와 같이 Hdac의 공식 입장을 알려 드립니다.
(1) 마이닝 관련 입장
① 사설 마이닝풀
지난 2018년 5월 24일 공식 발표문에서 기 공지 드린바와 같이 Hdac을 사칭한 사설 마이닝풀로 인해 TGE 참여자분들이 해킹, 사기 등에 노출되는 피해 사례가 있으므로 각별히 주의하시기 바랍니다. 당사는 Decentralization 하에서 Hdac 가치를 제고하는 자생적이고 건설적인 마이닝풀을 지향하고 있으므로 이에 따르는 어떠한 법적 책임이 없음을 양지해 주시기 바랍니다.
② Hdac Technology 공식 자체 마이닝
당사는 메인넷 오픈 이후 Hdac Technology 주관하에 어떠한 마이닝 행위도 해오지 않았습니다. 이는 스위스 법에 따른 것이며 FINMA에도 기 제출된 사항입니다. Hdac은 Decentralization 하에서 Eco-Partner들의 자생적인 마이닝을 지향하고 있으므로 향후에도 어떠한 공식적인 자체 마이닝도 계획하고 있지 않음을 알려 드립니다.
③ 마이닝 장비 판매
당사는 마이닝 관련 어떠한 장비의 제조 및 판매에 일절 관여하지 않아 왔고, 향후에도 마이닝 관련 장비의 제조 및 판매 계획이 전혀 없음을 알려 드립니다.
(2) 거래(P2P, Listing) 관련 입장
① P2P
Hdac 메인넷 오픈 이후 개인간 Transaction 거래와 관련하여 당사는 블록체인 생태계에서 이루어지는 Transaction의 보편적 기준에 입각하여 Hdac 플랫폼을 설계하였습니다. 또한 규제 당국의 규정에 따라 Utility 토큰에서 Payment 토큰으로 진화하는 미래상을 담아 Hdac 플랫폼을 구성하였습니다. 따라서 개인간 Transaction과 관련하여 어떠한 경제적 이권 및 거래가격 등에는 전혀 개입하지 않고 있으며 무관함을 밝혀 드립니다.
② Listing
DAC의 Listing과 관련하여 당사 주관 하의 Listing은 검토하고 있지 않고 있습니다. 그리고 제3자에 의한 Listing 또한 당사는 관여하지 않습니다. 이후 대규모 및 다자간 거래가 가능한 거래소의 거래와 거래가격에 대해서도 당사와는 전혀 무관 함을 밝혀 드립니다.
(3) 베타넷 테스트 기간 채굴 물량에 대한 입장
본 건과 관련하여 여러 형태의 채널에서 다양한 의견들이 제안되고 있습니다.
이에 당사는 베타넷 테스트 기간중 채굴된 DAC에 대해 참여자 분들과 메인넷오픈 이후 마이닝에 참여하고 계신 분들의 의견을 긍정적으로 수용하여 ‘베타넷 테스트 참여 공지’에서 밝힌 “테스트 기간중 채굴된 토큰은 사용이 불가할 수도 있다.(Mined tokens during the test period may not be available for actual use.)”에 따라 아래와 같이 전량 소각하기로 결정하였습니다.

– 테스트 기간중 채굴된 DAC의 전량을 목표로 테스트 참여자분들의 협조를 받아 회수 및 소각.(이미 회수작업이 진행되고 있음.)
– 회수에 비협조적인 경우에 대해서는 위 테스트 참여 공지 내용을 근거로 법적인 회수 조치 강구.
– 테스트 마이닝에 참여하시고 회수에 응해 주신 분들에 대해서는 장비사용, 전력비용 및 기회비용에 대한 대가로 참여 공지에서 언급한 바와 같이 소정의 보상을 별도로 실시.
– 진행 현황에 대해 수시로 고지 예정.
(4) 파운더팀 리워드에 대한 입장
본 건에 대해서는 스위스 현지법에 준거하여, 스위스 Legal Advisor의 검토 및 Hdac Technology AG 이사회 승인 등의 절차를 거쳐 진행되어 왔습니다. 블록체인 기반 Crypto Currency계에서는 통상적으로 10%를 높게 상회하는(Hdac은 8% 및 5년간 Spread 조건) 물량을 토큰 파운더팀에 대한 기여를 인정하여 리워드로 제공하는 추세이기도 합니다.
그러나 Hdac 파운더팀은 상기 ‘파운더팀 리워드’를 전량 소각하기로 결정하였습니다.

지난 2년여 동안 경쟁력 있는 블록체인 플랫폼 탄생을 위하여 기술적으로는 적지 않은 인력들이 많은 노력과 고생을 해왔습니다. 새로운 것을 세상에 선보인다는 자긍심으로 창조의 고통을 감내하여 온 파운더팀은 같은 마음으로 남은 로드맵 완성을 위해 한번 더 힘껏 달릴 것입니다.
또한 제도적으로는 어려운 FINMA 심사등 Global Compliance를 선택하여 차별화된 공신력 확보를 위해 노력해 왔습니다. 파운더팀이 그러한 노력에 상응하는 리워드를 전량 소각하는 데는 남다른 소회가 없다고 할 수는 없습니다.
하지만 同 물량의 전량 소각이 DAC의 유동화를 감안하고 메인넷 오픈 이후 Eco-Partner들의 활발한 마이닝에 동기를 부여함으로써 Hdac 플랫폼 기반의 다양한 생태계가 활성화 되는 것이 향후 Hdac 가치 제고에 더욱 보탬이 되는 방향이고, 또한 참여자분들의 보호가 우선되어야 한다고 판단하였습니다.
(5) 공식 커뮤니케이션 채널 운영 방안
메인넷 오픈전까지 저희 Hdac에 관심을 가지고 계신 분들이 자발적으로 참여하는 다양한 SNS 채널들을 통해 소통하고 계신 것으로 알고 있습니다. 금번 메인넷 오픈과 소스코드 공개를 계기로 기존 참여자 여러분들 및 새롭게 마이닝에 참여하시는 분들과 함께 향후 보다 전문적이고 기술적인 진화와 Hdac Blue Print를 완성하는 로드맵을 논의하고 소통하는 장이 필요하다고 판단하고 있습니다.
이에 기 공지드린 “Hdac 가치포탈” 오픈 전까지 새로운 SNS를 개설(SNS : 텔레그램 / 단체방명 : “[공식] Hdac Technology” / 개설 일시 : 금일 16시(한국시간))하여 운영하고 “Hdac 가치포탈”로 이어 가고자 하오니 지금과 같은 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다.
(6) 지갑(Wallet) 정보 및 보안 관리 당부
개인의 지갑 정보가 유출되어 Hdac이 분실되는 사례가 발생하고 있습니다. 아래 유의사항을 반드시 숙지하여 지갑 사용자 개인의 자산 손실이나 해킹이 발생하지 않도록 당부 드립니다.
A. 복구 단어 관리가 가장 중요합니다.
단어가 유출되면 사용자의 개인키가 유출된 것과 같습니다.
(1) 기본 원칙은 사용자가 사용자 본인의 복구 단어를 알고 있는 유일한 사람이어야 합니다.
(2) PC 또는 스마트폰에 복구 단어를 저장하지 마십시오.
(3) 복구 단어를 사진으로 찍어 보관하지 마십시오. 클라우드로 이동하여 해커가 접근할 수 있습니다.
(4) 복구 단어는 인터넷이 연결되지 않는 안전한 장소에 보관하십시오.
B. 개인용 PIN코드 관리 역시 중요합니다.
C. PC나 스마트폰의 악성코드 감염에 의한 해킹에 주의하십시오.
(7) TGE 참여자 대상 추가 KYC의 적극적인 회신 당부
수 차례 공지 드린 바와 같이 강화된 AMLA에 따른 TGE 참여자분들의 추가 KYC를 늦지 않는 시간 내에 완성해야 막바지에 와 있는 스위스 금융당국(FINMA)의 승인을 차질 없이 진행할 수 있습니다. 현재 이메일, Fax, 우편을 통한 회신율이 59%(‘18년 5월 29일 현재)를 보이고 있습니다. 추가로 DM발송 및 전화 접촉을 통해 계속적인 회신을 요청드리오니 적극적인 협조를 당부 드립니다.
